Millions of people have already read and reviewed this book in the past. “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie (1936), is a timeless bestseller and crowns the heart of many over these years.

This is the best possible and beautifully written book that talks about human relations and how to be a great leader and a wonderful human being as well. Dale Carnegie in this excellent tome has provided a step by step process and road map as to what it means to be kind, to be caring, considerate, and compassionate. This book gives examples from life to illustrate its points, so anyone can understand how to apply it.

From a management perspective, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” is a book that reiterates the basic tenets of leadership in a work environment, reminding us on how important it is to be and do good, compliment people, make everyone around you feel good, and empower people.
